Custom Order Contract:

All our baked goods are processed on machines that also process nuts.
Once orders leave premises we are NOT responsible for damages.
Absolutely NO CHANGES can be made 10 days prior to the due date.
If order is not paid in full final payment is due upon pickup, or if delivered the order must be paid TWO DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY.
Cupcake stand rentals are due back by the Wednesday following the rental, if not returned the credit card is charged $110 to replace the stand
Client provided toppers are typically inserted by the venue or person(s) receiving the cake, we are not responsible for damages as a result of such.
Orders are considered booked once the deposit is made.
Delivery times are approximate & can be delayed due to weather or other circumstance.
Deposits are non refundable
